During visits, we will:

• •Seek emergency care if necessary and authorized

Clients are responsible for disclosing:

• •Existing medical conditions
• •Medications
• •Behavioral concerns
• •Allergies
• •Recent injuries

Failure to disclose relevant health information releases Rainy Day Pets from related liability.

Rainy Day Pets is not liable for damage to client property unless it is proven to be directly caused by staff negligence.

Clients are responsible for:

• •Securing their home properly
• •Removing hazardous or fragile items
• •Ensuring doors, gates, and fencing are functional
• •Providing safe walking equipment

We are not responsible for:

• •Pre-existing damage
• •Damage caused by pets
• •Malfunctioning locks, fences, or equipment

Clear, safe environments protect everyone.

While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure your pet's safety, Rainy Day Pets cannot be held responsible for pets that:

• •Escape due to faulty fencing, doors, or equipment
• •Become lost despite proper safety protocols
• •Are injured due to pre-existing conditions or unforeseen incidents

By booking services, clients acknowledge that animals can behave unpredictably, even under supervision.

If a pet becomes lost while in our care:

• •We will immediately notify the owner
• •We will assist in search efforts
• •We will follow established emergency procedures

Our responsibility is limited to reasonable care and standard safety practices.
