What are your operating hours?

We're open Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Boarding drop-off and pick-up can be scheduled during these hours. For extended hours or special arrangements, please contact us directly.

What vaccinations are required?

All dogs must be current on Rabies, Distemper/Parvo (DHPP), and Bordetella vaccines. We also require proof of a negative fecal test within the past year and flea/tick prevention. These requirements ensure the health and safety of all our guests.

How do you handle dogs with special needs or medications?

Our certified staff is experienced in administering medications and caring for dogs with special dietary, medical, or behavioral needs. We maintain detailed care instructions for each dog and provide personalized attention at no additional charge for basic medication administration.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 48 hours notice for cancellations of boarding reservations to receive a full refund. For dog walking and daycare, we ask for 24 hours notice. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee. We understand emergencies happen and handle each situation individually.

How many dogs do you care for at once?

We maintain small group sizes to ensure personalized attention and safety. Day care groups are limited to 8-10 dogs with similar temperaments and play styles, always supervised by at least two staff members. Walking groups are limited to 4 dogs maximum.

Can I tour your facility before booking?

Absolutely! We encourage prospective clients to schedule a tour of our facility. You'll meet our team, see our spaces, and discuss your dog's specific needs. Tours are available by appointment during business hours, and we're happy to answer all your questions.

Do you offer packages or membership programs?

Yes, we offer various packages and monthly memberships that provide significant savings for regular clients. Our concierge team can design a custom care plan that fits your schedule and budget, whether you need daily walks, weekly daycare, or occasional boarding.

What happens in case of an emergency?

We have comprehensive emergency protocols in place. All staff members are trained in pet first aid and CPR. We partner with a 24-hour emergency veterinary clinic and will contact you immediately if any medical concerns arise. Your dog's safety is our top priority.
