Service Limitations

Rainy Day Pets reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if a pet displays aggressive behavior or poses a safety risk to caregivers, other pets, or property.

Pets with a history of human-directed aggression must be disclosed prior to service approval.

If undisclosed behavioral concerns arise, services may be immediately suspended without refund.

Rainy Day Pets will take reasonable and appropriate measures in the event of an emergency involving your pet.

Clients must maintain a reliable emergency contact who can make decisions if the owner cannot be reached.

In urgent situations, Rainy Day Pets is authorized to seek veterinary care as outlined in the Veterinary Release Agreement.

For the safety of pets and caregivers, services may be adjusted, delayed, or temporarily suspended due to severe weather, hazardous conditions, or unsafe home environments.

This may include:

• •Snow or ice conditions
• •Flooding or building access issues
• •Unsafe entry conditions
