Pet Boarding Policies & Procedures

For the comfort and safety of all pets in our care:

• •• Pets must arrive clean and free of strong odors
• •• We cannot accept pets that have been recently sprayed by a skunk
• •• Pets with active contagious conditions cannot be boarded

If a pet arrives in a condition that compromises the environment or other pets' safety, boarding may be declined.

Overnight boarding includes care until 12:00 PM (noon) on the scheduled departure day.

If pick-up occurs:

• •• Between 12:00 PM -- 9:00 PM → A full daycare charge applies
• •• After 9:00 PM → $5 per hour late fee will apply

This policy ensures fairness and availability for incoming bookings.
