Parking Policies & Surcharges

Clients residing in condos, apartments, or multi-family buildings must provide accessible parking for our Pet Care Professional.

If free parking is not available and paid parking is required:

• •• The client is responsible for the exact parking cost
• •• A photo receipt will be provided
• •• Parking reimbursement will be added to the invoice

If parking cannot be secured within 10 minutes of arrival, we may need to reschedule the visit.

If a return visit is required due to parking issues:

• •• The original visit will be charged in full
• •• The additional visit will also be charged

We recommend confirming parking logistics with building management ahead of time.
