Booking & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled visit time.

• •Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are charged 100% of the service fee
• •Same-day cancellations are non-refundable
• •No-shows are charged in full

All cancellations must be submitted through our booking system or confirmed in writing.

Because extended stays block off limited availability and high-demand dates, the following cancellation structure applies:

• •• 4+ days before start date → Full refund
• •• 72 hours before start date → 50% of the entire stay is charged
• •• Less than 48 hours before start date → 100% of the entire stay is charged

Holiday bookings may require longer notice and may be non-refundable depending on the reservation period.

If you return early from a boarding or house sitting reservation:

• •• The remaining balance is non-refundable
• •• We cannot prorate unused days once the stay has begun

This ensures we can fairly reserve space for all clients.
